For the average person this diet is sometimes called the eat more, weigh less diet, so you will never feel deprived. In any case it is not a diet in the traditional sense because it will quickly become the new way you eat all the time.
I can coach in person, on the phone or by Skype or email.
The cost for private coaching is £150 and lasts for 3 months. This can also be paid in increments monthly. I don't want money to interfere with your health results.
Groups - If you have a group of friends OR want to be part of a group for support, to improve your, let me know. I have an 18 week program that I can present to you.
The cost for this 18 week program is £75. This can be paid weekly in increments if money is a challenge for you.
