So I have to report that I have actually lost about 14 lbs during the last two and a bit years following my version of the whole food plant based diet. It has been slow and a bit frustrating, considering that the 10 months I followed a fully raw vegan diet I lost 10 lbs and only put a bit on when I started eating cooked food again. But, as I probably said before I really don't want to do that again. Of course, in the summer I eat a lot more summer fruit. So I am loving my breakfasts and snacks at the moment.
I also found some Ezekiel bread from Food for Life online in the UK. It's a bit pricey, as imported things always are but it won't be something I'll eat regularly as I tend to stick to whole grains in their natural form.
I've also started a new form of meditation, which I think is essential for my health As well as Qigong.
